This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Latez through latezshop.com. Our goal is to provide clear expectations while protecting both our customers and our business.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.
During high-volume periods (such as sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

- USA
- UK
- EU
- Australia
- New Zealand

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your location
- Selected shipping method
- Package size and weight
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the Site when applicable.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Canada: 2–8 business days
- United States: 4–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons).
5. Tracking Information
All eligible orders include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to us or lost, Latez is not responsible for replacing the order or issuing a refund.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@latezshop.com. Address changes are only possible before the order has shipped.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Latez is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered but reported as missing
- Packages stolen after delivery
- Delays caused by the carrier
We strongly recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not controlled by Latez and are non-refundable.
Refused packages due to unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for a refund.
9. Shipping Insurance (If Offered)
If shipping insurance is offered at checkout, customers are responsible for selecting this option. Claims for lost packages may only be considered when insured shipping has been selected.
